Abstract

This study examines the coordination models of Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Build-Own-Operate-Maintain (BOOM) frameworks in renewable energy projects, with a focus on Bahrain. By analyzing stakeholder interactions, regulatory compliance, and project management practices, the research identifies challenges and opportunities for optimizing renewable energy adoption. The findings emphasize the importance of stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation strategies, and agile methodologies in achieving project success. Recommendations for leveraging AI tools and digital platforms to streamline coordination are provided, offering practical insights for future renewable energy projects.
